With room for boardroom-style discussions, practical training exercises and additional event infrastructure, it provides a flexible solution for organisers requiring more than a traditional meeting room.

Bookings - Contact one of the team to make a booking with us. Bookings are generally between 8am and 6pm. A lot of our customers choose a regular slot, while others make bookings ad-hoc. View our booking policies and procedures here
Groups - There is complete flexibility within the space for many different sizes. If you are wanting an intimate, private space for small working groups, you can close the curtain to give extra privacy. The space also allows much larger groups for meetings and teams, up to 40. We think the space is perfect for syndicate meetings.
Accessibility - The Academy is accessible and wheelchair friendly, with ground level access. There is also an accessible toilet available.
Parking - Sufficient parking for every guest visiting the Academy to have their own space (up to 40).
Catering - We offer a wide variation of catered meals, including hot and cold lunches, sit down dinners, buffets and more. Dinners would be hosted at our sister location The Pavilion Bisley, in their ballroom (view venue here). Lunch can be served in the Academy.

Overnight stays - We are very proud to be able to offer some incredible onsite accommodation thanks the our onsite hotel, The Pavilion Bisley. There are 19 hotel rooms available, should you need accommodation as part of your booking,. Simply let us know your requirements and we will make a booking for you.
No, you can book only the Simulator room to enjoy with your team, or to practice and improve your shooting.
There is no minimum number of people needed to book. If you are looking for a private, intimate space for a small working group, this would be the perfect venue!
No, the Simulator needs to be booked in so an instructor can be available for set up. You can book it at any time you want, however. For example if you are having a 5 day week, you can choose to use the Simulator room every afternoon from 2-5pm. Simply let us know in advance when you'd like to add-on the Simulator experience.
There are many fantastic public transport links that can get you to us, including a train to Brookwood station.
If you are driving, once you are have arrived on Bisley Camp, you want to head to Gallery Road. Bisley Shooting Academy is on your right with a car park right outside. Once in the car park if you see the infamous white tents belonging to NCSC, our building is directly opposite.
